The
Truth About Legal Juice
Legal juice is
effective. But not without it's side effects too.
Obviously
legal juice or pro-hormones work. If it didn't produce some
type of result there wouldn't be hundreds of them out there.
The truth is, most people who do a pro-hormone stack will see noticeable
increases in size and strength in a short amount of time.
About
95% of all pro-hormones are administered orally and thus become
active almost instantly after digestion. There is the rare
pro-hormone testosterone creams and patches to remember.
Either administered orally, or topically, pro-hormones are usually
slight variation of the ester below.
Why
is it considered a 'legal steroid'?
Because
of testosterones extremely anabolic effect on the body (more so
than any other hormone) it is the base for all steroids, legal or illegal.
All legal juice (no matter what brand) is a variation of an
uncompleted testosterone ester like the ones pictured above.
They
make the esters very easy to complete, only lacking a carbon or
two. Usually a pro-hormone will only include 100mg or this
andro per 250mg cap. The rest of the cap is supplemented
with something zinc to aid in the production of more testosterone.
The
catch 22 of the deal is that your body won't convert the
uncompleted ester into testosterone unless your body needs
it. If you pop a few pro-hormones and sit on the couch and
expect to grow, you've got another thing coming. Rather, by
exercising - you raise your bodies need for testosterone and since
it just happened to have some nearly completed testosterone esters
laying around anyways... well you get the idea.
So
what's the catch to 'legal juice?'
Besides
them typically being overpriced, side effects.
Pro-hormones are amongst the hardest thing to control the side
effects from. Way more so than with real juice. The
thing is pro-hormones are taken orally, and like mentioned above,
only convert to testosterone when you've done something that would
naturally raise your bodies testosterone anyways. So because
of this, your bodies test levels are all over the chart - giving
you very noticeable hormonal changes.
Legal
juice gives your body the effects of being on real juice, about
20% of the time, however if cycled for more than 4 weeks, you will
suffer 100% of the side effects. The reason being is that
since you are supplementing your body with testosterone, your
bodies natural test production shuts down. It figures it's
getting it from some outside source, so why waste amino acids and
energy producing more of it.
When
your natural testosterone production shuts down it becomes
dependant on you supplementing it with more. Should you stop
taking the pro-hormones it takes your body a few weeks to get
testosterone production back up to normal again. And for
those few weeks, you become extremely catabolic (state of muscle
lose, not gain) as well as very moody as well. This is known
as the 'crash' after a cycle.
Not
only that, but pro-hormones are not only close variations of the
testosterone ester, but the estrogen ester as well! Guess
what else your body could be using your pro-hormone to make?
My
personal 'legal juice' experience was unrewarding.
How
pathetic I felt. Twenty-one years old, 6 foot, 162 pounds
was about the time I decided to get big. I was done being
small to average size and was ready to move up in the game.
So
I started where any weight lifting novice does, in the 'legal
stuff' section at local store. Creatine, protein powders the

rubber, I grabbed my gloves and started hitting the bag.
My
energy boast went on for a good 20-25 minutes, and came crashing
down like a pack of bricks. When the enhanced testosterone
effect wore off I felt like I just got the crap kicked out of
me. My head was throbbing, muscles ached more than they ever
had before and my face turned all red like a little girl.
"What
the f*ck?" I thought to myself. I took the rest of the
bottle as instructed and went on to experience the same 30-35
minute 'performance high' each time. Not only that, but also
suffered some strange side effects like acne after the cycle was
done.
Do
You Recommend "Legal Juice"?
Hell
no. Legal juice is a joke and is vastly more risky for your
health than taking actual anabolic steroids. Get this - it
was my doctor who told me to stop taking pro-hormones and to
start using the 'real stuff'! He shared with me that he had
taken steroids for health as cosmetic reasons for 25
years!
After
my own personal experience, and talking with others about taking
pro-hormones, that's one set of products I'll never touch
